Every time I take something over there, the scanner won't read it and I have to drive an hour out of my way to get to the closest FedEx store.
There is a FedEx dropoff location at my local Dollar General, but management over there must just give employees really crappy equipment. Is one of these things outdated? Or is Mercari just being complicated? But when I check the FedEx website, it says that a drop box can be used to drop off Smartpost packages. However, when reading Mercari's instructions, it says to drop off the package at a FedEx location, and to not use a drop box. I sell on Mercari and recently started using FedEx Smartpost shipping because it's sometimes the cheapest option. I'm sure this question has been asked a thousand times but I'm just not able to find a clear answer.
